General REACH and RoHS Compliance Declaration

Dear Sir or Madam,
As a manufacturer of electronic digital amplifier cards, we are a downstream user and producer of articles within the meaning of the REACH Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006.
To the best of our knowledge and based on information provided by our suppliers, our standard products do not contain any substances included in the ECHA Candidate List as published on 4 February 2026 in a concentration above 0.1% by weight in any article, as defined by the REACH Regulation.
Our suppliers are contractually obliged to supply only REACH- and RoHS-compliant products. In the event that conformity can no longer be maintained, our suppliers are required to inform us without undue delay.
Should we become aware that any of our products are subject to notification or information obligations in accordance with Article 33 of the REACH Regulation, we will inform you without undue delay.
Based on the information available to us and provided by our suppliers, we hereby confirm that our standard products comply with Directive 2011/65/EU, as amended, including Commission Delegated Directive (EU) 2015/863. The restricted substances do not exceed the applicable maximum concentration values in homogeneous materials, unless an applicable exemption under the Directive is used.
Due to the increasing number of inquiries, we regret that we are unable to complete individual or customer-specific questionnaires. We trust that this declaration provides the information you require and thank you for your confidence and continued cooperation.
